The Canadian Archaeological Research Organization – CARO - is a not-for-profit group of professional Archaeologists interested in national and international Archaeological expeditions to help increase our overall knowledge by studying and exploring historical sites. The organization aims to focus on training archaeology students and give them the opportunity to work closely with professionals and gain experience.

Though CARO is a Canadian based research organization, it is open for international contributors and participants.
